Hello,
My name is Gary Gross, and I am hoping to find a kidney donor. Chronic kidney disease is a problem that I have been dealing with since 2002. Unfortunately, over time my kidney disease has continued to progress to the extent that I will need a kidney transplant. The effects and treatments required to combat it have been a constant stress on my mind, and body.
Since March, I’ve been attending frequent doctor visits and experiencing declining health, while still working to support myself and my family. This leaves me feeling tired and makes it difficult to do the things I enjoy, like mountain biking, cooking and taking walks through nature.
I look forward to the day that I can get my normal life back. It would be a blessing to be able to continue working to support my family while enjoying life without the constant concerns for my health.
I am on the waiting list for a cadaver kidney, however that can often take years to get a match. I am hoping to find a living donor in order to benefit my health and improve my quality of life. A living donor transplant would mean so much to me because it would provide me with my best chance to grow older with my wife of 20 years and our children. My family and I would be grateful if you could help me find a match by getting tested or sharing this information with your own network of friends, family and community.
I sincerely thank you,
Gary Gross
