Living Kidney Donor Needed

Hello,
My name is Robert F. Johnson Jr, and I am hoping to find a kidney donor. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a problem that I have been dealing with for over 20 years. Unfortunately, since I have retired from my job after 40years, my kidney disease has continued to progress to the extent that I need a kidney transplant. the effects and treatments required to combat CKD have been a constant stress on my mind, body, and soul. My wife and family have also experienced the stress this disease represents.

As a level 4 CKD patient, I am faced with a downward trend which will soon lead to dialysis and even more significant changes in my life. These changes will and have begun to limit traveling options and impose restrictions on day-to-day things that I expected to be able to do since my retirement. I look forward to the day that I can get my normal life back. It would be a blessing to be able to plan to enjoy life with my wife, three children, five grandchildren family and friends without the constant concerns and limitations imposed by this disease.

I am on the waiting list for a kidney, however that can often take years to get a match. I am hoping to find a living donor to eliminate some of those restrictions the disease represents. A living donor transplant would mean so much to me because I believe I have so much left to give to life and to those in my life.

Also, please understand this request is one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do. I know it is asking so much of any person to donate a kidney. As such I can only express my unending gratitude if you could help me find a match by getting tested or sharing this information with your own network of friends, family and community.
